页岩油气地质-工程一体化理论与技术研究进展

地质-工程一体化是实现我国复杂油气藏和非常规油气藏效益开发必由之路,亟需从理念向方法论转变,以期更好地促进针对性、适应性和创新性理论的技术探索与应用.遵循系统工程的原则,按照全生命周期可接受效益指标下最大化采收率的开发理念,重点研究了地质流体演化动力学模型、高分辨率裂缝表征方法与技术、立体开发智能布井方法与技术、高分辨率岩石力学参数测量与建模、超大型真三轴压裂模拟实验系统、空间应力场主动利用机理与调控机制、页岩油可流动性机理与评价方法和页岩油压裂提高采收率一体化关键材料,与实践充分结合,提出了岩石复杂组构和强非均质性是形成复杂缝网的自然基础、"构造驱动、多因素综合"立体开发布井等理论认识和创新思路,表明地质-工程一体化从理念向方法论转变的可行性和必要性,强调了辩证与发散思维在推动理论创新与技术突破中的核心作用,为我国页岩油气效益开发提供新思路.
Research Progresson Theory and Technology of Shale Oil and Gas Geo-engineering Integration
Geo-engineering integration is the inevitable path to realizing profitable development of complex and unconventional oil and gas reservoirs in China,necessitating a transition from concept to methodology to better facilitate targeted,adaptive,and innovative theoretical and technological exploration and application.Following the principle of system engineering,according to the development concept of maximizing recovery under the acceptable benefit index of the whole life cycle,a series of studies were conducted,such as geofluid kinetics model,high-resolution fracture characterization method and technology,intelligent well layout method through 3-dimensional development,high-resolution rock mechanics property measurement and modeling,ultra-large true triaxial fracturing simulation experimental system,proactive utilization and regulation mechanism of spatial stressfield,shale oil flowability mechanism and evaluation method,and key materials for shale oil fracturing and enhanced oil recovery integration.By closely integrating theory with field application,this paper proposes that the complex fabrics and strong heterogeneity of rocks serve as the natural foundations for forming complex fracture networks,and introduces theoretical insights and innovative ideas such as"structure-driven,multi-factor"three-dimensional development.These findings demonstrate the feasibility and necessity of transforming geo-engineering Integration from concept to methodology,emphasizing the pivotal role of dialectical and divergent thinking in driving theoretical innovation and technological breakthroughs.The research outcomes presented in this paper can provide new ideas for the profitable development of shale oil and gas in China.
