陇东页岩油水平井井筒环境复杂,偏磨、结蜡、结垢、出砂及气体影响问题突出,常规井筒举升工艺措施适应性不强,维护性作业频次高达由每年1.49井次,严重影响油井正常生产.文章针对陇东页岩油水平井维护作业频次高的影响因素进行了剖析,研发了压裂前置阻垢剂、内涂层防蜡油管、水平井旋流冲砂射流除垢一体化工具等,形成了杆管双向防偏磨设计、长水平井高效冲砂解堵等关键技术,构建了蜡、垢、气、砂、磨的全生命周期防治技术体系.治理后维护性作业频次下降50%以上,采油时率提升3个百分点,该技术体系为国内页岩油井筒高效举升工艺模式提供了宝贵借鉴.
Research and Application of Full-life Cycle Wellbore Prevention and Control Technology in Horizontal Wells,Longdong Shale Oil
The wellbore environment of Longdong shale oil horizontal wells is complex with problems such as eccentric wear,waxing,scaling,sand production,and gas impact.The conventional reservoir wellbore technology is not suitable,and the frequency of workover is as high as 1.49 times per well per year,seriously affecting normal production.Based on the workover situation,analyzing high failure factors,a series of important tools and materials such as scale inhibitors,oil tubing with internal anti-wax coating,and integrated tool for cyclone sand flushing+jet+descaling are invented,and several key technologies like bi-directional anti eccentric wear design of rods and pipes,efficient sand flushing and unblocking of long horizontal wells are formed.A full life cycle prevention and control technology system for wax,scale,gas,sand,and grinding is established.After treatment,the frequency of workover decreased by more than 50%,and the oil recovery rate increased by 3 percentage points.A valuable reference have been provided for efficient lifting of similar shale oil complex wellbores in China.
