鄂尔多斯盆地本溪8#深层煤岩气储层分布面积广、资源量大,是我国天然气增储增产的重要接替层位.但深层煤岩层理/节理及微裂缝发育、煤矸分布广泛、非均质性强,井壁坍塌和卡钻事故成为制约深层煤岩气井安全高效钻进的主要技术难题.文章基于鄂尔多斯盆地深层煤岩矿物组分、理化性能、微观结构分析等明确了煤层气水平井坍塌主控因素,针对性地研发出一种适用于深层煤岩气水平井的高效封堵防塌钻井液技术,其API滤失量≤2 mL、HTHP滤失量≤8 mL,综合封堵性能较常规钻井液提升30%以上.笔者通过在鄂尔多斯盆地不同区域40余口深层煤岩气水平井的应用,系统性地分析了深层煤岩气水平井钻井液技术存在密度过高、成本高、钻遇煤矸夹层井壁坍塌频发以及完井困难等技术难题,对煤岩/煤矸交界面扩展与滑脱规律基础理论研究、钻井液性能优化升级、降低复杂时效及降本增效等深层煤层气高效开发的钻井液技术发展进行了展望.
Development and Prospect of Drilling Fluid Technology for Deep Coal Gas Horizontal Wells In Ordos Basin
The 8#deep coal bed gas reservoir in Benxi Basin of Ordos Basin is an important replacement formation for increasing gas reserve and production in China.However,the development of deep coal bed/joint and micro-fractures,wide distribution of coal gangue,great heterogeneity,wall collapse and sticking accidents become the main technical problems restricting safe and efficient drilling of deep coal and gas wells.Based on the analysis of mineral composition,physical and chemical properties and microstructure of deep coal bed in Ordos Basin,the main controlling factors of coalbed methane horizontal well collapse are defined in this paper,a high efficient anti-sloughing drilling fluid technology suitable for deep coal-rock gas horizontal wells has been developed.Its API and HTHP filtrations are≤2 mL and 8 mL respectively,and its comprehensive plugging performance is more than 30%higher than that of conventional drilling fluid.Through the application of more than 40 deep coal bed gas horizontal wells in different regions of Ordos Basin,the problems of drilling fluid technology in deep coal-rock gas horizontal wells,such as high density,high cost,frequent wall collapse and completion difficulty,are systematically analyzed,the development of drilling fluid technology for high efficient development of deep CBM,such as the basic theoretical study of coal rock/coal gangue interface expansion and slippage law,optimization and upgrading of drilling fluid performance,reduction of complexities,cost reduction and efficiency enhancement,is prospected.
