吉木萨尔页岩油水平井钻井关键技术研究

吉木萨尔页岩油是我国重要的非常规油气资源接替领域,2020年获批成为首个国家级陆相页岩油示范区,与国内外其余页岩油开发区域对比,吉木萨尔页岩油埋藏更深,开发难度更大.开发初期,水平井钻井工程技术尚不成熟,钻井周期长、成本高,严重影响规模效益建产.近年来,按照"地质工程一体化"理念,瞄准钻井技术瓶颈,通过井身结构优化、薄互层甜点跟踪导向、科学钻井实时优化、低成本高性能油基钻井液等关键技术攻关与集成应用,形成吉木萨尔页岩油水平井钻井关键技术,支撑水平井平均钻井周期缩短57.5%,钻井成本降低40.0%,以钻井工程技术突破推动区域科学化、规模化、效益化开发,为国内其余页岩油区域提供了良好示范.
Key Technical Research on Horizontal Well Drilling in Jimsar Shale Oil
Jimsar shale oil is an important unconventional oil and gas resource replacement field in China,in 2020 it was approved as the first continental shale oil demonstration zone,compared with other shale oil development areas at home and abroad,the shale oil is buried deeper and more difficult to develop.In the early stage of development,the horizontal well drilling engineering technology was not yet mature,with long drilling cycles and high costs,which seriously affected the scale efficiency and production.In recent years,following the concept of"geological engineering integration"and targeting the bottleneck of drilling technology,key technologies such as wellbore structure optimization,thin interbedded sweet spot tracking guidance,scientific drilling real-time optimization,and low-cost high-performance oil-based drilling fluid have been developed and integrated,forming the key technology for drilling horizontal wells in Jimsar shale oil,supporting a 57.5%reduction in the average drilling cycle of horizontal wells and a 40.0%reduction in drilling costs.Through breakthroughs in drilling engineering technology,regional scientific,large-scale,and efficient development has been promoted,providing a good demonstration for other shale oil regions in China.
