摘要

为提升海洋油气生产平台上部模块关键结构件的生产质量和生产效率,分析上部模块关键结构件特点,梳理其智能焊接设备组成,讨论其智能焊接作业流程,并展示工艺应用效果.研究内容可为海洋油气生产平台上部模块关键结构件的智能化焊接提供工艺基础,并为其他海洋工程建造企业开展智能化升级改造提供参考.

Abstract

In order to improve the production quality and production efficiency of key structural member of topside module of offshore oil and gas production platform,the characteristics of key structural member of topside module are analyzed,its intelligent welding equipment composition is sorted out,its intelligent welding operation flow is discussed,and the procedure application effect is demonstrated.The research content can provide procedure basis for the intelligent welding of key structural member of topside module of offshore oil and gas production platform,and provide reference for other offshore engineering construction enterprises to conduct the intelligent upgrading and transformation.
