摘要

为区别于传统经验公式计算管道应力的方法,采用有限元方法计算浮式生产储卸油装置(Floating Production Storage and Offloading,FPSO)船体变形,提取具体管道支架的位移值,并利用CAESAR Ⅱ软件进行管道应力计算.有限元预报得到的管道应力更加准确,而经验公式得到偏保守的结果.建议在对 FPSO管道进行初步设计时可采用经验公式方法,在进行详细设计和局部管道应力校核时可采用数值仿真方法.

Abstract

In order to be different from the traditional empirical formula method to calculate the pipeline stress,the finite element method is used to calculate the hull deformation of Floating Production Storage and Offloading(FPSO),the displacement values of concrete pipeline support are extracted,and the pipeline stress is calculated with CAESAR Ⅱ software.The pipeline stress obtained by finite element prediction is more accurate,while the result of empirical formula is more conservative.It is suggested that the empirical formula method can be used in the preliminary pipeline design,and the numerical simulation method can be used in the detailed design and local pipeline stress check.
