摘要
针对船厂薄板车间工艺数据治理的问题,确定工艺数据治理与可视化应用技术路线,建立包含数据采集模式、数据处理模式和数据存储模式的工艺数据治理体系,采用交互式报表进行工艺数据可视化应用,可有效提高船厂薄板车间的工艺数据质量和生产效率,为智能制造的发展提供有力支持.
Abstract
In view of the problem of technology data treatment in sheet workshop of shipyard,the technical route of technology data treatment and visualization application is determined,the technology data treatment system including data acquisition mode,data processing mode,and data storage mode is established,and the technology data visualization application is performed with interactive reports,which can effectively improve the technology data quality and production efficiency in sheet workshop of shipyard,and provide strong support for the development of intelligent manufacturing.
