摘要
根据管舾件安装任务包计划工时计算方法,提出基于详细规格的计划工时自动计算要点.提取管舾件规格与属性数据,建立工时标准库,确定修正因数,实现计划工时自动计算,并采用工时效率分析进行工时标准库修订.在相关企业开展的实际应用证明基于详细规格的管舾件安装任务包计划工时自动计算具有实用性.
Abstract
According to the calculation method of planned working hour for installation work package of pipe outfitting workpiece,the key points of automatic calculation of planned working hour based on the detailed specification are proposed.The specification and attribute data of pipe outfitting workpiece are extracted,the working hour standard database is established,the correction factors are determined,the automatic calculation of planned working hour is realized,and the revision of working hour standard database is made with the working hour efficiency analysis.The practical application in the related enterprises proves that the automatic calculation of planned working hour for installation work package of pipe outfitting workpiece based on the detailed specification is of practicality.
