常规浮船坞一般为固定坞墙设计型式,在码头以沉浮方式实现船舶进坞.针对该现状,设计一种基于船舶横向进坞的新型浮船坞.提出新型浮船坞整体设计方案、活动坞墙设计方案和浮箱甲板轨道、轨道连接梁与刚性系泊装置的设计方案.经实际操作验证,新型浮船坞设计有效可行,可为后续国内浮船坞设计提供参考,为浮船坞的船舶进坞方式设计开阔思路.
Design of New Floating Dock Based on Lateral Ship Docking
The conventional floating dock is usually a design type with fixed dock wall,which realizes the ship docking by sinking and floating mode in the wharf.In view of the present situation,a new floating dock based on lateral ship docking is designed.The overall design scheme of new floating dock,design scheme of movable dock wall,and design schemes of deck track of floating tank,track connecting beam,and rigid mooring device are proposed.Verified by the practical operation,the design of the new floating dock is effective and feasible,which can provide reference for the subsequent design of domestic floating dock,and broaden the ideas for the design of ship docking mode of floating dock.
