针对海上风机超大直径桩基翻桩夹具,基于结构安全性考虑,结合原翻桩夹具存在的问题,进行结构型式优化设计,并进行有限元分析.结果表明,优化的翻桩夹具结构强度满足规范要求,大幅提高结构安全性,且无需调平即可吊装就位,有效提升翻桩作业效率.
Optimization Design of Structure Type of Upending Fixture for Extra-Large Diameter Pile Foundation of Offshore Wind Turbine Generator
In view of the upending fixture for extra-large diameter pile foundation of offshore wind turbine generator,based on the structure safety consideration,combined with the existing problems of original upending fixture,the optimization design of structure type is made,and the finite element analysis is conducted.The results show that the structure strength of optimized upending fixture can meet the specification requirements so as to greatly improve the structure safety,and be hoisted in position without leveling so as to effectively improving the upending efficiency.
