针对液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)船气密性检测中的氦气试验,进行并联管路计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)仿真建模.基于流体力学理论,建立并联管路模型,分析支管数量、支管长度、管壁厚和入口流体压强对主管的流体速度与流体压强的影响,为多根支管并联管路工装开发提供参考.
CFD Simulation Modeling of Parallel Piping of Helium Gas Test in LNG Carrier Air Tightness Detection
In view of the helium gas test in Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG)carrier air tightness detection,the Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)simulation modeling of parallel piping is conducted.Based on the theory of fluid mechanics,a parallel piping model is established,the influence of branch pipe number,branch pipelength,pipe wall thickness,and inlet fluid pressure on the fluid velocity and fluid pressure of main pipe is analyzed,which can provide reference for the technology equipment development of parallel piping of multiple branch pipes.
