为解决船用脚手架钢质踏板存在的问题,对铝合金、层压木和碳纤维等3种材料型式的踏板结构进行设计与分析.考虑盐雾环境带来的腐蚀和吸潮等问题,从质量、防腐、防潮、制造和成本等方面对3种材料型式进行对比分析,并进行有限元强度分析,优选满足性能要求且质量较轻的船用脚手架踏板.
Design and Analysis of Pedal Structure for Marine Scaffold
In order to solve the existing problems of steel pedal of marine scaffold,the design and analysis of pedal structures with three material types of aluminum alloy,laminated wood,and carbon fiber are conducted.Considered the corrosion and moisture absorption caused by the salt spray environment,the three material types are compared and analyzed in mass,corrosion protection,moisture protection,manufacture,and cost,and the finite element strength analysis is conducted,so as to optimize the marine scaffold pedal that meets the performance requirements and is lighter in weight.
