Automatic Intelligent Environment-Friendly Spray-Paint Robot with Recovery Device
A kind of automatic intelligent environment-friendly spray-paint robot with recovery device of paint mist and Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs)is introduced,which is suitable for spray-paint operation of ship flat parts of shell plate,deck,and cargo hold.The collaborative system and overall technology framework and key technology features of spray-paint robot are expounded.The technology practice shows that the spray-paint robot can effectively solve the problems existing in the traditional manual spray-paint mode,provide the important technology support for the green development of shipyards,and is of the good economic benefits and social benefits.
