Application of Vocational Skill Level in Production Man-Hour Management of Shipbuilding Enterprise
In view of the production man-hour management of domestic shipbuilding enterprises,the relevant contents of vocational skill level and the vocational skill level identification of shipbuilding enterprises in Republic of Korea are introduced.The function and business process of production man-hour management are discussed,and the equivalent man-hours of vocational skill level are compared.The vocational skill level coefficient and vocational skill level are set in the system software,and the application effect of vocational skill level is good,which can provide reference for further improving the accuracy of production man-hour management in domestic shipbuilding enterprises.
