Innovative Design of Marine Induction Heating Flattening System Based on TRIZ
The marine induction heating flattening system is used to solve the deformation problem of assembly welding and processing of sheet structure during the ship construction.According to the principle and flow of patent design around based on Teoriya Resheniya Izobreatatelskikh Zadatch(TRIZ),the authorized induction heating flattening technology patents are analyzed,the target patent of patent design around is determined,and the innovative design of marine induction heating flattening system is made.Compared with the target patent,the innovative design can improve the accuracy of deformation sensing of flattening workpiece,improve the comprehensiveness of temperature monitoring of flattening workpiece,and increase the flexibility and efficiency of flattening operation,which can provide effective support for the ship construction enterprises to maintain the technology leadership in related fields.
