根据多晶莫来石纤维、金属碰钉和碳纤维双轴向织物的材料特性,进行船用碳纤维夹芯复合材料防火隔热结构设计.在完成材料选择和试样制备后,对设计的船用碳纤维夹芯复合材料防火隔热结构进行耐火试验验证.试验结果表明,试样的完整性和隔热性均合格.
Design and Verification of Fire-Prevention and Heat Insulation Structure of Marine Carbon Fiber Sandwich Composite Material
According to the material characteristics of poly crystalline mullite fiber,metal rivet,and carbon fiber biaxial fabric,the fire-prevention and heat insulation structure of marine carbon fiber sandwich composite material is designed.After the material selection and sample preparation,the fire-resistance test verification of designed fire-prevention and heat insulation structure of marine carbon fiber sandwich composite material is conducted.The test results show that the integrity and heat insulation property of the sample are qualified.
