针对1561铝合金的应用需求,开展1561铝合金双丝冷金属过渡焊接(Cold Metal Transfer Welding,CMT)工艺试验.对试验材料、装配要求、焊缝质量要求和作业要求进行论述,并从目视检测、渗透检测、断面宏观检验、常规力学性能、耐腐蚀性能和疲劳性能等方面对1561铝合金双丝CMT试验结果进行分析.试验结果表明,1561铝合金双丝CMT工艺性能优良,可满足技术指标要求.
Procedure Test of Double Wire Cold Metal Transfer Welding of 1561 Aluminum Alloy
In view of the application requirements of 1561 Aluminum Alloy,the procedure test of double wire Cold Metal Transfer Welding(CMT)of 1561 Aluminum Alloy is conducted.The test material,assembly requirements,weld quality requirements,and operation requirements are discussed,and the test results of double wire CMT of 1561 Aluminum Alloy are analyzed in visual detection,penetration detection,macroscopic cross section inspection,conventional mechanical property,corrosion resistance,and fatigue property.The test results show that the procedure property of double wire CMT of 1561 Aluminum Alloy is excellent and can meet the requirements of technical target.
