以典型海上风机总装车间设施布置为研究对象,介绍车间设施布置理论,并基于系统布置设计(Systematic Layout Planning,SLP)和遗传算法建立海上风机总装车间设施布置数学模型.分析车间工序的物流关系,以最小物流强度为优化目标,对典型海上风机总装车间设施布置设计进行优化.研究结果对离散型制造企业优化车间设施布置和降低生产成本具有一定的借鉴意义.
Facility Layout Optimization in Final Assembly Workshop of Offshore Wind Turbine Generator Based on SLP and Genetic Algorithm
Taken the facility layout in typical final assembly workshop of offshore wind turbine generator as the research object,the workshop facility layout theory is introduced,and the mathematical model of facility layout in final assembly workshop of offshore wind turbine generator is established based on Systematic Layout Planning(SLP)and genetic algorithm.The logistics relationship of workshop routing is analyzed,and the facility layout design of typical final assembly workshop of offshore wind turbine generator is optimized with the optimization goal of minimum logistics intensity.The research results are of certain reference significance for the discrete manufacturing industry to optimize the workshop facility layout and reduce the production cost.
