针对船舶内舾装传统设计模式存在的问题,提出基于AVEVA Marine(AM)软件二次开发的船舶内舾装一体化设计模式.在完成一体化设计初始配置的基础上进行二次开发,实现船舶内舾装设计数据从初始设计阶段、详细设计阶段、生产设计阶段到3D模型阶段的有效传输、共享和管理.以3D模型为载体,对详细设计和生产设计进行无缝衔接,实现数据管理、高效建模和一键出图集成于一体.在实船应用中,该模式可有效提升船舶内舾装设计的效率和质量.
Integrated Design Mode of Ship Interior Outfitting Based on Secondary Development of AM Software
In view of the problems existing in the traditional design mode of ship interior outfitting,an integrated design mode of ship interior outfitting based on the secondary development of AVEVA Marine(AM)software is proposed.On the basis of completing the initial configuration of integrated design,the secondary development is conducted to realize the effective transmission,sharing,and management of design data of ship interior outfitting from initial design stage,detailed design stage,and production design stage to 3D model stage.Taken the 3D model as the carrier,the seamless connection of detailed design and production design is made to realize the integration of data management,efficient modeling,and one-click drawing.In the actual ship application,the mode can effectively improve the design efficiency and design quality of ship interior outfitting
