摘要
为适应新形势下的海上油田开发需求,以"海洋石油122"圆筒形浮式生产储卸油系统(Floating Production Storage and Offloading System,FPSO)为例,从坞内布置分析、船体分段划分方案、船体分段预制与合龙和船体管线与关键设备的安装等方面对船体建造工艺进行论述.该工艺采用全过程精度控制管理方式,确保关键设备安装精度,减少总装阶段的密闭空间作业量,大幅压缩项目工期,可为后续同类项目的开展提供技术参考.
Abstract
In order to meet the needs of offshore oil field development under the new situation,taken the HYSY 122 cylindrical Floating Production Storage and Offloading System(FPSO)as an example,the hull construction technology is discussed in dock interior layout analysis,hull section division scheme,hull section prefabrication and section closure,and hull pipeline installation and key equipment installation.The technology adopts the management mode of whole process precision control to ensure the installation precision of key equipment,reduce the operation amount of confined space in the general assembly stage,and greatly compress the project duration,which can provide technical reference for the development of subsequent similar projects.
