摘要

根据常规商货船艉轴管密封装置结构,分析艉轴管密封装置校中安装的问题与超差原因.结合轴系动态运转情况,提出常规商货船艉轴管密封装置校中安装工艺改进措施,可使艉轴管密封装置轴封偏心度调整至静态允许值,确保轴系安装正常开展.

Abstract

According to the structure of sealing device for stern shaft tube of conventional commercial cargo ship,the problems and out-of-tolerance reasons of centering installation of sealing device for stern shaft tube are analyzed.Combined with the dynamic shafting operation condition,the improvement measures of centering installation process of sealing device for stern shaft tube of conventional commercial cargo ship are proposed,which can adjust the shaft sealing eccentricity of sealing device for stern shaft tube to the static allowable value and ensure the normal shafting installation.
