摘要

针对海洋工程项目焊缝无损检测(Non-Destructive Testing,NDT),设计一套自动抽检系统.提出焊缝检测标准,梳理焊缝等级、抽检方法和抽检比例等系统设计要素,确定功能结构、基础设置板块和抽检长度板块等系统构成.实际应用结果表明,该系统可实现焊缝NDT抽检清单电子化流程的全覆盖功能.

Abstract

In view of weld Non-Destructive Testing(NDT)in ocean engineering project,an automatic sampling system is designed.The weld testing standards are proposed,the system design elements such as weld grade,sampling method,and sampling proportion are sorted out,and the system composition such as functional structure,basic setting plate,and sampling length plate are determined.The practical application results show that the system can realize the full coverage function of electronic flow of weld NDT sampling list.
