摘要

为准确、合理、科学地评价船舶建造企业人员本质安全,对船舶建造企业人员本质安全评价开展研究,构建层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)-模糊综合评价法(Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation,FCE)模型.筛选船舶建造企业人员本质安全评价指标,确定人员本质安全评价指标体系,采用AHP-FCE模型对H船厂的人员本质安全进行评价,最终获得H船厂的人员本质安全等级,实现对船舶建造企业人员安全事故的预防和人员本质安全的保障.

Abstract

In order to accurately,reasonably,and scientifically evaluate the personnel intrinsic safety of ship construction enterprise,the evaluation of personnel intrinsic safety of ship construction enterprise is studied,and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE)model is constructed.The evaluation indexes of personnel intrinsic safety of ship construction enterprise are screened,and the evaluation index system of personnel intrinsic safety is determined.The personnel intrinsic safety of Shipyard H is evaluated with the AHP-FCE model,and the personnel intrinsic safety level of Shipyard H is obtained finally,which can realize the prevention of personnel safety accidents and the guarantee of personnel intrinsic safety of ship construction enterprise.
