In view of the current situation of shipbuilding inspection operation management,the standardization management of shipbuilding inspection operation is studied.The principles of standardization management are determined,the overall planning of standardization management is completed,the application of standardization management is performed,and the application objectives of standardization management are proposed.The standardized management of shipbuilding inspection operation can promote the improvement of inspection operation efficiency,perfect the shipbuilding Quality Control(QC)process,and achieve the purpose of effective management of all links of shipbuilding quality inspection,continuous improvement of product quality,and continuous improvement of enterprise quality competitiveness.
