基于圆柱弹簧的试验止扭技术研究及试验验证

针对现有航空发动机轴类零件扭转疲劳试验运用止扭技术的不足,提出了基于圆柱弹簧的试验止扭方案.以目前采用止扭液压缸的相关参数为设计输入条件,进行了基于圆柱弹簧止扭装置(elastic anti-twist device,简称EATD)的工程设计和计算分析,并开展了基于圆柱弹簧的试验止扭装置的标定试验、工程验证试验.研究结果表明,该试验止扭装置较传统装置采用单元体设计简化了结构,止扭精度提高了数倍,安装时间节约了近12 h/人以上.因此,基于圆柱弹簧的试验止扭技术具有显著工程应用价值.
Research and Test Verification of Anti-twist Technology Based on Cylindrical Spring
The accuracy of torsional fatigue test results for various drive spindles hinges on anti-twist technol-ogy.Initially,the defects of the existing anti-twist technology are analyzed,and subsequently,a cylindrical spring-based test torsion prevention scheme is proposed.Following this,the engineering design and calculation analysis of the elastic anti-twist device(EATD)are conducted,utilizing the relevant parameters of the torsion hydraulic cylinder intended for the torsional fatigue test of the main shaft parts of the aero-engine as the design in-put conditions.Ultimately,research summaries from calibration test and engineering verification test demon-strate that the EATD features a simplified structure due to the use of unit design,an efficient installation process that saves over 12 hours/person in time,and high accuracy achieved by several-fold increase in precision.Conse-quently,the cylindrical spring-based anti-twist technology offers great engineering application value.
