前缘锯齿结构对弯管气动噪声的影响

为了研究前缘锯齿结构对弯管气动噪声的影响,采用大涡模拟与声类比的混合计算方法,揭示了前缘锯齿结构对弯管流场和声场的影响机理.基于通气管路实验平台,对含有导流叶片的弯管进行数值计算和实验研究,验证了数值计算方法的可靠性.结果表明:前缘锯齿结构能够降低管路的压力损失,提高弯管的气动性能,使管内气流更加稳定;能够有效减少层流分离泡的产生,降低了叶片表面的压力脉动强度和非定常载荷;综合作用下降低了弯管的气动噪声.
Elbow Pipe Noise Reduction with Leading Edge Serrated Guide Vane
In order to study the effect of leading edge serration on the aerodynamic noise of elbow,large eddy simulation and acoustic analogy are performed as a hybrid computational method to investigate the influence of leading edge serration on flow field and sound field.Based on the experimental platform of pipeline,the numeri-cal calculation and experimental study of the elbow with guide vane are carried out,and the reliability of the nu-merical calculation method is verified.The result indicates that the leading edge serration can reduce the pressure loss thus improve the aerodynamic performance of the elbow,and stabilize the flow in the elbow;the laminar separation bubbles are reduced validly;the pressure pulsation intensity on the blade surface is effectively re-duced,thereby decreasing the unsteady load.The comprehensive actio reduces,the aerodynamic noise of the el-bow.
