Ultrasonic Array Total Focusing Imaging of Concrete Structure Based on DCF Modeling
In order to further improve the signal-to-noise ratio and imaging resolution of concrete detection,an ultrasonic array total focusing imaging technology based on digital compensation filtering is proposed here.Firstly,in response to the ringing effect of the detection signal caused by the frequency response of the low-frequency probes, digital compensation filtering is used for compensating the detection signal to improve the signal-to-noise ratio. The detection signal after compensation filtering is used to establish a full matrix capture, and the total focusing algorithm is used for structural imaging. Finally, according to the signal characteristics, the defects and bottom position are corrected and high-quality structural imaging results are obtained.Compared with the imaging results without digital compensation filtering, the number and area of artifacts in the imaging re-sults are greatly reduced after digital compensation filtering, the defects and the bottom position are more promi-nent,the signal-to-noise ratio at the defect is increased by 9.6 dB and the location of defects is more accurate, which can meet engineering detection requirement.
