根据某天然气管道实际情况,结合相关标准要求,中电安科帮助其科学合理评估SCADA系统合规差距和安全风险,确定安全保护措施,在此基础上设计了一整套完整的安全体系,以"一个中心、三重防护"为核心指导思想,从安全计算环境、安全区域边界、安全通信网络以及安全管理中心构建安全技术体系,满足等级保护2.0第三级系统的相关安全要求.
Abstract
Based on the actual situation of a certain natural gas pipeline and in combination with relevant standard requirements,Zhongdian Security Technology has assisted it in scientifically and reasonably evaluating the compliance gap and safety risks of the SCADA system,determining safety protection measures,and designing a complete set of safety systems based on the core guiding ideology of"a single center with triple-layered protection",focusing on the safety computing environment,secure zone boundaries,secure communication networks,and the security management center to build a comprehensive security technology framework that fulfills the safety requirements of Level Protection 2.0's third-tier system.
