摘要
工业互联网应用是提升国家工业竞争力的关键环节,而网络体系是工业互联网架构的基础,5G无线网络的高宽带、低时延、高可靠和海量连接为5G全连接工厂提供了有利条件.本文分析了传统工业网络的痛点和工业互联网背景下智慧工厂的网络需求,提出了基地5G+工业PON(Passive Optical Network,无源光纤网络)智慧工厂解决方案,并通过某新材料公司的智慧工厂的应用案例及实施效果对方案进行了功能验证.该方案促进了5G+工业PON在工业领域的深入和安全应用,丰富了5G+工业PON的应用场景,为工业企业的转型升级和创新发展提供了借鉴.
Abstract
The application of the industrial Internet is a key factor in enhancing a nation's industrial competitiveness,with the network system forming the foundation of the industrial Internet architecture.The high broadband,low latency,high reliability and massive connectivity of 5G wireless network provide favorable conditions for 5G fully connected factories.This paper analyzes the pain points of the traditional industrial network and the network demand of the smart factory under the background of the industrial Internet.It proposes a solution for smart factories based on 5G+and industrial PON(Passive Optical Network,passive optical fiber network)smart factory solution.The scheme is functionally verified through the application case and implementation effect of the smart factory of a new material company.It has promoted the in-depth and safe application of 5G+industrial PON in the industrial field,enriched the application scenarios of 5G+industrial PON,and provided a reference for the transformation,upgrading and innovative development of industrial enterprises.
