摘要
高压断路器是电力系统中重要的控制和保护设备,而电气试验是保证其正常运行的关键步骤.传统的高压断路器电气试验是由人工完成的,效率低,危险程度高,无法满足日益增长的电力系统对高压断路器的高质量要求.为此,本文提出了一种适用于10kV及以下等级断路器电气试验的机器人接线装置.该装置包括整体框架、传感器、电压信号转换模块、通信接口和电源模块等,具有自动化程度高、现场安装便捷、接线简单等特点.
Abstract
High-voltage circuit breaker is an important control and protection equipment in the power system,and its electrical test is a key step to ensure its optimal performance.The traditional electrical test of high-voltage circuit breakers is done manually,which is inefficient and dangerous,and cannot meet the high-quality requirements for high-voltage circuit breakers in the growing power system.For this reason,this paper proposes a robotic wiring device applicable to the electrical test of circuit breakers upto 10kV and below levels,including the overall frame,sensors,voltage signal conversion module,communication interface and power module,etc.,which has the characteristics of high degree of automation,convenient on-site installation and simple wiring.
