摘要
为了提升PLC产品质量,提高产品系统测试的效率,针对风力发电机组特定运行环境,我们设计、开发了一套高度集成的仿真测试平台,实现了PLC产品的自动化测试.仿真测试平台可模拟发电机、油泵、齿轮箱等设备上各类传感器信号,同时也支持提供变频器、变桨等各类通信类数据.仿真平台致力于替代传统测试工具,全覆盖风机控制器所有测试项.该测试系统可长期保持运行,模拟PLC现场实际高负荷运行环境,验证复杂环境下PLC稳定性.经过此仿真测试平台测试的产品会更加稳定、可靠.
Abstract
In order to improve the quality of PLC products and improve the efficiency of product system testing,we designed and developed a highly integrated simulation testing platform tailored to the specific operating environments of wind turbines,achieving automated testing of PLC products.The simulation testing platform can simulate various sensor signals on equipment such as generators,oil pumps,and gearboxes,and supports the provision of various types of communication data including that from frequency converters and pitch controllers.The simulation platform is committed to replacing traditional testing tools and fully covering all testing items of the fan controller.This testing system can maintain long-term operation,simulate the actual high load operating environment of PLC on-site,and verify the stability of PLC in complex environments.Products tested with this simulation platform will be more stable and reliable.
