基于5G+AI的汽车智能制造园区网络安全研究

现代智能制造汽车企业致力于充分利用5G、人工智能、大数据、云计算、物联网、移动互联网等现代通信信息技术,以实现5G+AGV、5G+痛点质检反馈生产的优化提升和5G+柔性生产等的优化改造,从而打造状态全面感知提升、信息高效灵活处理、应用便捷优化的工业制造智能化平台,并逐步实现企业由自动化生产向智能化生产的转型.本文分析了基于5G+AI的汽车智能制造工业园区面临的网络安全风险,提出了端到端网络安全保障方案,并通过网络安全、系统及平台安全、业务及数据安全、管理与运维安全等全方面构建了汽车5G+AI智能汽车制造的信息安全防护体系.
Modern intelligent manufacturing automotive enterprises are committed to make full use of 5G,artificial intelligence,big data,cloud computing,Internet,mobile Internet and other modern communication information technology,achieve optimizations such as 5G-enhanced AGV operations,quality feedback in production,and flexible manufacturing processes,5G+flexible production optimization,to build state comprehensive perception,information efficient flexible processing,convenient application optimization of intelligent industrial manufacturing platform,gradually realize enterprise transformation from automation production to intelligent production.This paper analyzes the network security risks faced by the 5G+AI-based automobile intelligent manufacturing industrial park,puts forward the end-to-end network security guarantee scheme,and develops a comprehensive information security system for 5G+AI-enabled intelligent automotive manufacturing,covering network security,system and platform security,business and data security,management and operation and maintenance security.
