摘要

随着信息技术的不断发展,智能制造被认为是未来制造业的重要方向之一,智能工厂作为智能制造的核心具有重要的研究价值和意义.然而,智能工厂在发展过程中仍面临诸多挑战,如设备通信速度问题和生产智能化水平不够等,其中又以通信速度问题为主要瓶颈.针对智能工厂目前存在的一些缺点,以搭建呼铝电智能工厂控制系统为例,本文提出了一种结合5G通信技术与物联网技术的智能工厂控制系统实现方案,以此来提高设备之间的通信质量和通信效率,从而促进智能工厂相关研究的发展.通过对系统功能测试结果与5G专网性能测试成果进行分析,笔者证明了该系统在实际场景中具有良好的应用效果.

Abstract

With the continuous development of information technology,intelligent manufacturing is considered one of the important directions for the future of the manufacturing industry.As the core of intelligent manufacturing,intelligent factories have significant research value and significance.However,intelligent factories continue to encounter significant challenges during development,including equipment communication speeds and insufficient production intelligence,with communication speeds being the primary bottleneck.In order to address the existing shortcomings of intelligent factories,this article proposes an implementation solution for an intelligent factory control system that combines 5G communication technology with Internet of Things(IoT)technology,illustrated by the development of a smart factory control system for the Hulunbuir Aluminum Electric Smart Factory.This solution aims to enhance device communication quality and efficiency,thereby advancing research in intelligent factory technologies.Through the analysis of the system's functional test results and the performance test results of the 5G private network,it is demonstrated that the system has good application effects in practical scenarios.
