Analysis and Solutions for Seamless Switching of Standby Steam Sources in Single Steam Pump Units

本文通过研究超超临界机组汽动给水泵小汽轮机汽源管道暖管疏水配置方法,分析目前汽动给水泵小汽轮机汽源切换过程中存在的问题,结合本机组所存在的问题,对备用汽源暖管方式进行改造.改造后大大提高了汽源切换的安全性、快速性,避免了因汽源切换导致的机组跳机,提高了机组运行的可靠性.
This paper investigates the warm-up and drainage configuration methods in the steam source pipeline of small turbine steam driven feed water pumps in ultra supercritical units,analyzes the problems existing in the current steam source switching process of small turbine steam driven feed water pump,and addresses these issues by upgrading the heating method for the standby steam source.The renovation significantly enhanced the safety and rapidity of steam source switching,avoiding unit tripping caused by steam source switching and improving the reliability of unit operation.
