核电仪控系统结构产品模块化设计方法研究

核电仪控系统使用的结构产品要求性能稳定可靠,根据历年数十台机组项目实践,笔者提出了适用于核电仪控系统结构产品模块化设计的方法.较之传统设计方法,模块化设计方法重新定义结构产品设计过程,该设计过程是一个已被反复验证的、可靠的模块化结构进行产品搭建的过程,设计过程中产品在固有的、稳定可靠的模块构成基础上不断迭代优化,使产品性能趋于稳定可靠.使用该方法设计完成的产品在生产制造阶段,会引导供应商从定制加工转向类同化、批量化结构重复加工过程,改变了供应商的制造习惯.本文基于智能制造技术发展趋势,结合相关的法规标准,为解决传统设计方法的缺陷,提出该模块化设计方法.该研究结果为后续核电仪控系统结构产品设计开发提供了技术参考.
Traditionally,designers must adhere strictly to the design process,employing their expertise and experience to execute the structural design,its design quality is greatly affected by the designer's subjectivity,the structural products used in nuclear power instrumentation and control systems require stable and reliable performance,according to the practice of dozens of unit projects over the years,we propose a modular design method specifically tailored for structural products in nuclear power instrumentation and control systems.Compared with the traditional design method,the modular design method redefines the structural product design process,which is a process of product construction with a reliable modular structure that has been repeatedly verified,and the product is continuously iteratively optimized on the basis of the intrinsic,stable and reliable module composition in the design process,so that the product performance tends to be stable and reliable.During production and manufacturing,this method encourages suppliers to transition from customized to standardized and batch processing,and change the supplier's manufacturing habits.Based on the development trend of intelligent manufacturing technology,combined with relevant regulations and standards,this modular design method is proposed to solve the shortcomings of traditional design methods.The research results provide a technical reference for the subsequent design and development of nuclear power I&C system structure products.
