随着电力系统数字化转型升级,在线监测装置所涉及的传感器数量以及系统结构的复杂程度都大大提升.在这种模式下,对电流互感器运行状态的实时监测就显得尤为重要.传统电流互感器监测方法依托于定期观察互感器油位高低,无法做到实时监测.针对此种需求,本研究引入物联网LoRa扩频通信技术,设计了一种实现基于LoRa技术的电流互感器内部压力响应和健康监测软硬件平台的系统.该系统由压力采集单元、数据采集终端、数据集中单元、数据可视化平台四部分组成.互感器内绝缘油经压力采集单元中的转换接头和导流管引至采集终端,通过导压孔加压到传感器压阻元件上,压阻元件受压发生形变,产生阻抗变化,经过换算形成实际压力值,数据采集终端中的AD转换模块将其转换成数字信号,通过数据隔离芯片把一些误数据剔除出来,优化后的数据通过主芯片STM32微控制进行再处理,最后由无线LoRa模块打包发送至数据集中单元经由主芯片STM32微控制器进行处理与运算.处理后的数据再由串口芯片按照特定规约的数据格式进行转换供上位机读取,最终实现对电流互感器内部压力的实时监测.
With the digital transformation and upgrading of the power system,the number of sensors involved in the online monitoring device and the complexity of the system structure are greatly increased.In this context,real-time monitoring of the operating status of the current transformer is particularly important.Traditional current transformer monitoring methods rely on regular observation of the oil level of the transformer,real-time monitoring is not possible.To address this need,introduction of IoT LoRa spread spectrum communication technology,design and implement the internal pressure response and health monitoring software and hardware platform of current transformer based on LoRa technology.The system comprises four parts:a pressure collection unit,a data acquisition terminal,a data centralization unit,and a data visualization platform.The insulating oil in the transformer is led to the acquisition terminal by the conversion joint and the deflector in the pressure collection unit,and pressurized to the piezoresistive element of the sensor through the pressure hole,the piezoresistive element is deformed when pressed,produces an impedance change,the actual pressure value is converted into a conversion,the AD conversion module in the data acquisition terminal converts this into a digital signal,some erroneous data is eliminated through the data isolation chip,the optimized data is reprocessed via the main chip STM32 microcontroller,finally,the wireless LoRa module is packaged and sent to the data centering unit,which is processed and calculated by the main chip STM32 microcontroller.The processed data is then converted by the serial port chip according to the data format of the specific protocol for the host computer to read,and finally realizes the real-time monitoring of the internal pressure of the current transformer.
