摘要
针对操作人员现场操作中的紧急分闸装置问题,本文设计了一种便携式通用快装断路器紧急脱扣装置.通过合理的控制,该装置能够有效地控制故障时中置柜断路器的分闸,避免了需要隔离上一级断路器导致的停电范围扩大,从而减少了负荷损失.本文首先介绍了便携式通用快装断路器紧急脱扣装置的设计,然后对该装置的部分模块电路进行了阐述,最后探讨了该装置的工作原理和技术实现.
Abstract
A portable universal quick installation circuit breaker emergency trip device has been designed to address the issue of emergency trip devices during on-site operations by operators.Through reasonable control,the device can effectively control the opening of the central cabinet circuit breaker in the event of a fault,avoiding the need to isolate the higher-level circuit breaker and expanding the power outage range,thereby reducing load losses.This article first elaborates on the design of the emergency release device for portable universal quick installation circuit breakers,then introduces some module circuits of the device,and finally explores the working principle and technical implementation of the device.
