With continuous advancements in communication technologies,evolving from traditional wired to wireless,5G,and IoT among other innovations.This has improved the efficiency,speed,and coverage of communication networks,fueling the rapid development of the communication industry.In the information age,the communication sector is indispensable,profoundly impacting global connectivity,economic expansion,social engagement,and crisis management,gradually becoming one of the pillars of modern society.This article combines industry backgrounds with industrial business scenarios to present a comprehensive lifecycle management system for industrial control system cybersecurity range resources.It facilitates the coordination of shared components and resources,enabling cross-network and cross-architecture offensive and defensive drills,and provides practical and feasible solutions for industrial control system security testing and verification as well as offensive and defensive exercises.
