This paper mainly studies the application of a highly reliable and rapidly deployed offline 5G communication field network in the delivery process of automated production lines.First,the basic concepts and key technology research explanations of 5G communication technology and automated production line technology were introduced.Then,the application scheme design of a highly reliable and rapidly deployed offline 5G communication field network in automated production lines was discussed,including system architecture,key technology implementation,performance analysis and optimization.Then,the application scenarios were analyzed,implementation plans were proposed,and the application effects were tested and evaluated.Finally,the main research results of the paper were summarized,and the existing problems and improvement directions are identified.This article aims to promote the intelligent upgrading of manufacturing industry,improve production efficiency and product quality by studying the application of 5G communication technology in automated production lines.
