针对浙能阿克苏热电有限公司两台机组供热负荷分配方式单一的现状,本文以精准的热经济性计算为基础,通过分析机理模型中反映的系统及其设备的本质动力学规律,运用大数据分析,结合遗传算法,对两台350MW机组的实际历史运行数据进行了分析拟合,并针对典型火电机组开发能耗在线评估软件,在全负荷段(尤其强调深度变工况条件),结合实际运行数据对机组的能耗进行了准确评估,实现了以经济性最优为目标的机组热负荷分配优化系统.
In view of the single heating load distribution mode of the two units in Zheneng Aksu Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.,based on the accurate thermal economy calculation,through the analysis of the intrinsic dynamic laws of the system and its equipment reflected in the mechanism model,using big data analysis and combining with genetic algorithm,two 350MW units are analyzed The actual historical operation data of the unit is analyzed and fitted,and the online energy consumption evaluation software is developed for typical thermal power units.In the full load spectrum(especially under the condition of deep variable working conditions),the accurate energy consumption evaluation of the unit is realized combined with the actual operation data,and the optimal thermal load distribution system for the unit with the best economy is realized.
