This paper presents a case study of the autonomous-controllable transformation of the Distributed Control System(DCS)in a 660MW supercritical generator unit. From DCS system performance analysis, configuration design, and on-site debugging, the implementation process of DCS autonomous-controllable transformation is introduced. The paper also summarizes the key technical points and precautions observed during the transformation, providing valuable reference and guidance for similar DCS autonomous-controllable transformations in other units.
