This paper describes the combination of HOLLiAS MACS-K DCS with Simultaneous Metering Blender(SMB)technology,implemented by the Jinan Branch of SINOPEC's Great Wall Lubricating Oil.The Jinan Branch of SINOPEC's Great Wall Lubricating Oil has implemented a control system that combines HOLLiAS MACS-K DCS with Simultaneous Metering Blender(SMB)technology.The system includes many functions like automatic measurement,automatic ball scanning,real-time display,real-time alarm,trend analysis,report forms printing,switching for the control mode of devices without disturbance and so on.These features ensure the high-quality production of lubrication oil.
