摘要
本文聚焦于油气行业中的分布式控制系统(DCS)与虚拟流量计量系统(VFM)的融合研究,DCS系统广泛用于油田、炼油厂等自动化控制,而VFM系统则专注于流量估算与优化,两系统融合能显著提升数据精度与控制效率.针对数据集成、系统复杂性、实时性、安全性等挑战,本文构建了DCS与VFM深度融合的一体化监控平台,实现实时数据共享、协同控制与综合分析.该平台通过传感器数据共享、统一通信网络、数据存储与分析平台,以及统一操作与监控界面,有效降低了硬件成本、操作复杂度,提高了实时性、可靠性和安全性.在海外某油田的应用实践表明,该平台显著提高了生产效率,降低了运营成本,增强了系统安全性与数据利用效率,为油气行业的智能化转型提供了强有力的技术支持.
Abstract
This paper focuses on the integration of Distributed Control System(DCS)and Virtual Flow Meter(VFM)in the oil and gas industry.DCSs are widely used in the automation and control of oilfields,refineries,etc.,while VFM systems specialize in the estimation and optimization of flow rate,and the integration of the two systems can significantly improve the accuracy of the data and the control efficiency.Addressing challenges such as data integration,system complexity,real-time performance and security,this paper constructs an integrated monitoring platform that deeply integrates DCS and VFM to realize real-time data sharing,collaborative control and comprehensive analysis.Through sensor data sharing,unified communication network,data storage and analysis platform,as well as unified operation and monitoring interface,the platform effectively reduces hardware costs,operation complexity while improving real-time performance,reliability and security.The application practice in overseas oilfields demonstrates that the platform significantly improves the production efficiency,reduces the operational costs,enhances the system security and data utilization efficiency,and provides a strong technical support for the intelligent transformation of the oil and gas industry.
