传统工厂在数字化转型过程中可以利用车间已有PLC搭配工业组态软件、语音模块、物联网模块等构建车间级的数字化管理系统,实现生产过程监控、生产设备管理等主要功能.系统开发过程可以由车间人员自主实施,具有投入成本少、开发门槛低和实用性强的特点,有效地推动了制造车间的数字化转型,提升了工厂的智能智造水平.
Abstract
In the process of digital transformation,traditional factories can leverage the existing PLCs in the workshop to build a workshop level digital management system with industrial configuration software,voice modules,IoT modules,etc.,to enable key functions such as production process monitoring and production equipment management.The development of such systems can be independently implemented by workshop personnel,characterized by low investment costs,a low development threshold,and high practicality.This approach effectively facilitates the digital transformation of manufacturing workshops and enhances the intelligent manufacturing level.
