摘要

V&V是系统工程的一个技术学科,其涵盖范围较为广泛,领域涉及软件项目管理、软件测试、软件质量评价等,一般会由政府机构或产业主管部门进行指导,需符合相关的法律法规.本文对美国、欧洲、中国的核电法规标准体系和核电V&V标准体系进行调研梳理和对比分析,并针对2021年国家核安全局发布的HAD102/10标准在仪控系统V&V领域的影响进行分析,最后对国内标准体系提出建议性意见.本文为进一步开展我国核安全级数字化仪控系统的软件验证与确认工作奠定了理论基础.

Abstract

Verification and Validation(V&V)is a technical discipline of systems engineering,covering a wide range of fields,involving software project management,software testing,software quality evaluation,etc.,generally guided by government agencies or industrial authorities,and subject to relevant laws and regulations.This paper investigates and compares the nuclear power regulatory standard systems and nuclear power V&V standard system in the United States,Europe and China,analyzes the impact of HAD102/10 standard,issued by the National Nuclear Safety Administration in 2021 on the field of instrument control system V&V,and finally offers recommendations on the domestic standard system.This paper provides a theoretical foundation for advancing the software verification and validation of nuclear safety level digital instrument control system in China.
