摘要

随着企业逐步向智能化工厂方向迈进,原有的阳极板运输模式已不能满足企业的发展需求,为提高阳极板的运输效率,减少叉车运输存在的操作失误,改善车间内生产环境,提高车间内的整体作业效率,本文应对某精炼车间的阳极板运输的需求,引进阳极板智能运输系统,以解决原有阳极板人工运输效率低、存在污染的问题.

Abstract

As enterprises gradually move towards intelligent chemical plants,the original anode plate transportation mode can no longer meet the development needs of enterprises.In order to improve the transportation efficiency of anode plates,reduce operational errors in forklift transportation,improve the production environment in the workshop,and improve the overall work efficiency in the workshop,this paper introduces an anode plate intelligent transportation system to meet the demand for anode plate transportation in a certain refining workshop,to solve the problems of low efficiency and pollution in manual transportation of the original anode plate.
