摘要

间接空冷塔在冬季会频繁发生散热器冻结事故,导致机组被迫停运,影响机组发电的安全运行,因此,必须解决空冷扇区在冬季的防冻问题.通过发电厂间接空冷智能巡检机器人的应用研究,建设主机间冷系统的受热面壁温温度场和视频智能采集、分析系统,可实现主机间接空冷塔的智能检查,提高间接空冷塔冬季测温的可靠性和效率,降低巡检、点检人员的劳动强度,保证现场检查工作全面、详实、安全、可靠.

Abstract

Indirect air cooling towers often experience radiator freezing accidents in winter,leading to forced shutdown of the unit and affecting the safe operation of power generation,therefore,it is necessary to solve the antifreeze problem of the air-cooled sector in winter.Through the application research of intelligent inspection robots for indirect air cooling in power plants,the construction of a temperature field and video intelligent collection and analysis system for the heating surface wall temperature of the host room cooling system can achieve intelligent inspection of the host indirect air cooling tower,improve the reliability and efficiency of winter temperature measurement of the indirect air cooling tower,reduce the labor intensity of inspection and point inspection personnel,and ensure the comprehensive,detailed,safe,and reliable on-site inspection work.
