Based on the background of Internet+,describes the living situation of deaf-mutes and the difficulties and obstacles they face in daily information exchange as a vulnerable group,and analyzes and studies the possibility of building a communication bridge for deaf mutes under the Internet+ model.Through literature analysis,suggestions for designing innovative sign language translation systems are proposed to improve the barrier free communication and communication abilities of deaf-mutes.
