选煤厂通风机智能监控技术的研究与应用

通风机设备管理仍采用人工定时巡检模式,管理模式粗糙、监测精确度低,存在较大安全隐患.为此,研究了通风机无人值守监控技术,提出了一种以PLC为核心的选煤厂通风机智能监控方案,采用多传感器组网技术实现风机风速、风量、风压及电量参数等核心工况参数的实时采集、传输与远程监测预警,以实现通风机的无人值守.
Research and Application of Intelligent Monitoring Technology for Ventilation Fans in Coal Preparation Plants
The management of ventilation equipment still adopts the manual scheduled inspection mode,which is rough and has low monitoring accuracy,and there are significant safety hazards.For this purpose,unmanned monitoring technology for ventilation fans was studied,and an intelligent monitoring scheme for ventilation fans in coal preparation plants with PLC as the core was proposed.Multi sensor networking technology was used to achieve real-time collection,transmission,and remote monitoring and early warning of core operating parameters such as fan wind speed,air volume,air pressure,and electricity quantity,in order to achieve unmanned monitoring of ventilation fans.
