摘要

为降低工控成本,提高Rockwell系列PLC的数据通信和人机交互界面开发的灵活性,提出了一种使用基于Python的Pylogix驱动程序与Rockwell系列PLC进行以太网通信的方法.通过对Rockwell系列 1756-L71 进行各种数据类型的读写测试,实现无需Rockwell系列工控软件即可读取和写入PLC内标签的操作,达到远程通信和控制的目的,降低系统开发成本,提高开发系统的灵活性及设备性能,以应对目前自动化发展对设备运算能力的需求.

Abstract

In order to reduce industrial control costs and improve the flexibility of data communication and human-machine interaction interface development for Rockwell series PLC,a method based on Python for Pylogix driver program to communicate with Rockwell series PLC via Ethernet is proposed.By conducting various data types of read and write tests on Rockwell series 1756-L71,it is possible to read and write labels inside the PLC without the need for Rockwell series industrial control software,achieving the purpose of remote communication and control,reduce system development costs,improve the flexibility of development systems and equipment performance,in order to meet the current demand for device computing capabilities in the development of automation.
